We purchased R-KISS kit for the first time. It was easy to set it up and well priced. What I would like to give a review more on it was a service from Vape UK, Michael in particular. When I ordered it, I’ve paid for Sunday delivery which was meant to be delivered by DPD. DPD had lost the parcel but failed to notify me until I’ve contacted them myself. I’ve logged the complaint with DPD, but still to this day nobody in DPD acknowledged it. Michael, at Vape Uk on the other hand was brilliant. He replied to my email same day, next day had parcel re sent via Royal mail Special delivery at no extra cost. The only place I will by from all my stuff for my Vape is Vape UK, exceptional service, professional and understanding staff!!! Thank you Vape UK and Michael.
