I recently had problems with my vape set up and emailed to ask for help. The reply email was almost instant, the advice really helpful and a solution sent out to me to try free of charge. I hadn’t used the correct liquid so was getting popping and excess liquid. Now vaping happily. Extremely impressed with customer service and speedy delivery of goods.
