My first time dealing with them I screwed up placing my order thinking my order did not go through but it did. Michael is the rep who helped me and at the time he could not see where I had placed an order so I gave my order to Michael. Of course the next day my card was hit twice with the same order. So I got in touch with Michael and that day he took care of my card by placing the money of one order back on my card.
