Er hilft sehr kompetent weiter.
Die Produkte selbst sind auch gut, waren halt für unseren Zweck nicht geeignet. Durch den Kundenservice wissen wir aber, dass an einem Produkt gearbeitet wird, dass für uns passt. Wir warten jetzt und nach Benachrichtigung bestellen wir sofort wieder hier.
Der Shop bekommt eine Empfehlung von mir.
P.S. Fertigung und Lieferung waren auch schneller als zunächst angegeben und waren stets mit Benachrichtigung.
