I discovered that there is a 5% fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the money! If T O N E L I M I T E D.co hadn't come to my aid and recovered all of my money, I would have been in debt for a very long time. Based on my request (and a few back and forth emails), taking into account the genuineness of my case, the customer service did nothing and I lost all of my money, including the account due to verification.
