Had a problem with my renault traffic and went on ebay and saw that a seller listed as vaux-spares had the part that I needed instead of buying through eBay which I should have I decided to drive down and purchase the parts directly upon returning to the garage we realised that one of the modules was incorrect and that that it wouldn't work we rang up to explain this issue but was refused our money back instead was offered a credit note which is no good to us I think I am entitled to my money back as the parts is incorrect and not as stated on the ebay listing avoid at all cost
