Salesmen Nathan and Dan in Filton, Bristol great but ....... didn't know it was a mobility car until I picked it up. Didn't think it would be a problem but......smell of urine the next day. Now had it 4 x weeks (06.04.34), presume valeted for when I picked it up, they've fogged it, valeted it again and done a deep clean using outside contractors. Still smells, guys also said there was vomit on the back seat. What? After 2 x valets ? Manager said I can take it back for another clean and they will pay again. Really ? Clean it for the 4th time ? And they still say it's fit for purpose ? I'm so very very upset and fed up. Like hitting a head against a block wall. Customer Services created a complaint number but not answered any of my emails. I've had an upsetting few years and this was meant to make me feel better.
