I have very recently had a shocking experience with this site. I bought three summer dresses from the site. When they arrived, I tried them on once and they didn’t fit. I placed them back in the plastic and returned them. Two days later I received the dresses back in the post. The returns section of the docket was crossed out and a section in regards to odours was highlighted in the information. Puzzled, I emailed to see if there had been a mistake. Days later, I received an email stating they could not accept my return due to bodily odour on the dresses. There was no bodily odour on the dresses, as I only tried them on once! I shop online quite often and this has never happened me before. I got family members to check the garments also and they agreed there was no odour! Only the odour from the material of the dresses themselves! After going back and fourth with the customer service email, they offered no solution! There was no phone number to contact and no other form of contacting management. After trying to shop local and support Irish, this is how they treat their customers. I will never buy from them again and I would urge you not to either!
