I ordered T6 spoiler splitter in gloss black. When it was delivered it was obvious that the item was damaged. I was not in to receive the item, other wise I would have rejected it straight away. I sent an email with photos showing some of the damage through the packaging. It looked as if the item had been thrown hard across a concrete floor...damaging the plastic covering and badly gouging the plastic finish. I assume whilst in the care of their courier. After a couple of emails too and fro, we agreed that a replacement would be sent out asap via their own transport van. A date was set for over a week later (Thursday). I booked a day off work to ensure I would be in. On the day before I received another email saying that they had issues with 2 vans and the delivery would be Friday instead. I explained that I had had to book a day off work and I was not happy with the plans changing at the last minute but I would try to swap my holiday. My manager refused, so I had no option but to ask that they provide a full refund and collect the item that I would leave in a safe place for collection. Not once did they offer any form of compensation. I am very disappointed by the courier they use and the service they provided. I'm still waiting on the full refund. It would be good to hear back after they have received the returned splitter and to say that they also find the damage unacceptable, but I somehow doubt it! In my eyes, the item is not packaged sufficiently. If it had been wrapped in cardboard then perhaps the damage would not have happened...I'm assuming that the damage occurred after leaving their warehouse?
