1. It is now much more complicated to buy over the counter on site. Why?
2. Having paid my money..."wait 10 to 15 minutes" in the cold and wet outside
3. The item was finally handed over after 45mins and after having rung the bell twice and spoken to 3 different youngsters.
4. The level of service skills of the staff is very poor. If they have every received training then it has all been forgotten.
Well you did ask...
