Bought a T4 passenger seat swivel base, the fastening had not been included. After informing veedub an apology and prompt delivery ensued. The fastening hole positions on the swivel base does not align accurately with the base and runners, which causes the seat runners to jam up the forward and back movement of the seat. This due to the countersunk holes and bolts, when bedded pulls the runners off line. I managed to secure the runners with hex headed bolts. When requested to do a review I contacted veedub to explain and avoid their embarrassment, and explained my fix of the problem. Because I had fitted the unit,not as design, I have been told no help can be given to me. Initially I did not want help, only to inform of a hole spacing problem. If you have any items to fit and they are a little tight, DO NOT FIT, RETURN.
