The sales process was easy, delivered fast and well packaged. Regarding the t4 covers, there is no video for this model which would help if one was uploaded. The actual covers look great and are of good quality. I had a few issues, the estimated fitting time on the website of under an hour is wide of the truth. On my t4 ex aa van my front double bench seat does not lift like the t5 video. I had to unholy 6 screws and it was awkward. Then the headrest covers were too small. It does say on the website they only fit standard size but I assumed mine were so be careful. Rather than source 5 different head rests I adapted mine to fit the covers with trimming the foam so more effort. I also had to trim one of my armrests to fit the cover on. On the t4 bear in mind you also need to remove the plastic seat belt cover on the double bench seat to fit the covers underneath. I did call veedub a couple of times and they were helpful. The rear double bench was again awkward. I found the zips never met so machine sewed some extra material on to fit. So overall a real pain to fit, my hands are sore but the end result is great. I bought some embroider vw patches and glued them to the head rests which also enhance the finish. I would of give 5 stars if they were easier to fit but like I say they are of good quality and worth the money.
