No issues with the delivery time but the part I received was faulty and when I phoned to discuss returning the part I was told I had to fill in the correspondance that would be forwarded to me in the post. 3 working days later I have received nothing and my car still doesnt run. Why couldnt the person I spoke to on the phone take the details and allow me to return the part in the envelope I received it in last week? I did ask but was told that wasnt possible? It doesnt fill me with confidence.
