My first (and only) experience with Vegan Masters was very poor. I ordered in the weekend and was to receive my food on monday, but it never arrived. I called the delivery company and they said my address wasn't on their list. I contacted Vegan Masters and they said they would deliver the next day. Same thing happened. They said it was because of technical difficulties of their startup in Belgium. I don't live in Belgium... I said I still wanted the food delivered, and also make use of their ''not happy money back guarantee'', as it also covers deliveries being too late. Instead they decided to only refund me (still don't have the money back 3 days later). So basically went through a lot of trouble and frustration, no food, and still no money back! Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any company!
