I liked the food a lot (good taste, ingredients & concept) but I have some constructive recommendations: 1) Delivery time of 22.30 PM is absolutely NOT great - can you ensure delivery times are slightly more normal OR give people the option to choose their delivery timeframe. 2) The food had probably been in the box, with the ice packs, in the truck for a long time since all the recycled carton packaging was soggy (which is not great for the taste & feel of any food but in particular not for the sandwiches & wraps in particular). I hope there is something you can do regarding these recommendations since I would like to order again but with improvement of the above mentioned 2 points.
