Bought at beginning of Ohio winter so haven't actually transported bikes on it yet, but will say it's built like a tank. Currently using wall bracket that came with it to hold rack and bikes on wall and what an ingenious idea. Will be using next month for a week trip to NC and have no doubt it will perform spectacularly.
