The VelociRAX is amazing! I’ve been using this rack on my suv for 2-years now. I really appreciate how versatile the system is, especially for load & unloading bikes. I even use my rack in the winter to store my bikes w/ the wall mount system (included).
Recently, I contacted customer service & the reply to my request was answered the next business day. Even better, they resolved my question & sent me what I was needing. Their customer service is excellent!
