We recently bought a hose from Vendes but sadly it burst after only 1 week of use. The service from Vendes was excellent, offering us a replacement or refund immediately. Having lost confidence in the product we opted for a refund & this was credited to us within 1 day. We accepted that the failure of the hose was down to the manufacturer, & not the fault of Vendes, who could not have been more helpful. We will be very happy to make future purchases from Vendes, knowing their service to be fair & efficient.
