Items have been as described. Returns have been accepted and refunded fairly promptly. Excellent items and prices lower than usual retail.
Deliveries come from France and are collated before despatch. So a lead time from a week to a month is normal, but the estimated delivery is given at the point of sale. (If you need something urgently V-P is not the place to get it.)
Overall I'm very happy with my purchases and very disappointed that they are pulling out of the UK market.
