Really good service , delivered quickly and a great range of ethical products. Lovely shoes with a good discount in the sale. The only things I would say to improve it here is that in the order tracking it would be easier if it was on the account page, one of the e mails I got from the individual company who provided the shoes didn't work or another time asked my permission to go to it as though it could be risky? Also I kept getting e-mails about 'great beauty picks' from things I had looked at but not purchased, there is no need for this if I want it I will go back :)
