Sent test promptly but utter confusion as to where to send the samples. One address in London provided on the return envelope and another address in Germany on the instruction leaflet. Won't respond to either phone calls or emails so that I can clear up the confusion and in the meantime the samples are spoiling in my fridge. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
