The buying process from Versachalk was pretty painless besides the price. I received my order very quickly. Unfortunately, I was only paying for speedy shipping and not high quality items. After following the instructions for my pens I found that way too much ink comes out from the tip, leaving a large puddle of ink and making all of my lettering illegible. This even happens when writing on vertical surfaces, causing long lines of ink down my chalkboard. I had really high hopes for these pens, but I will probably just switch to regular chalk.
