IMMEDIATELY after I submitted order, i online chatted with versachalk on a Friday afternoon. I placed order for white and i wanted assorted colors. I asked that that be cancelled and I will place the correct order on Monday. She had me on hold and then told me that I would have to wait to hear from them on Monday. On Monday I got an email that the (white) order was shipped. I contacted Versachalk and they said that when I get the white order, call them and they'll send a postage slip to return it and I can re-order. It was delivered to Dale Leibforth (Not me, his secretary) so I gave it to him, he opened it and I just say forget dealing with the hassle of returning it! Even if it wasn't opened, returns are always a hassle. This should have been avoided if it was taken care of on your end as I was told it would be. It shouldn't be impossible to cancel an order within FIVE minutes of placing an order. Not happy.
