horrible turnaround times - ineffective customer service - sounds like they're in the philippines
ordered a background check report on oct 12th
received confirmation that my order was being processed
received an email on oct 19th asking me to rate the services rendered
i called multiple times to get my report and was told by the customer service representative that my the report was complete and would be emailed to me
it's now nov 3rd and i still have not received the report
