This was my first time using Vertoe and I was very nervous. It went extremely well. They showed us where to leave our bags after the verification process and it was easy to access with very wide aisles. They had us take photos of our bags before leaving them. We did have to wait a few minutes when we picked the bags up, but that's because it's a store and they were helping a customer. That's to be expected. I can't wait to use Vertoe again and I wish I had looked for such a service before. It makes traveling much easier, especially after checking out of the hotel.
