When the train station didn't offer storage last minute due to staffing, I was left scrambling for a place to put my backpack. I thought I'd lose everything since Soldier Field doesn't allow backpacks. Found Vertoe online. I was nervous at first since I hadn't heard of them, but it turned out great. It was simple to set up a reservation and I like that they didn't require an extensive profile be set up, since I was short on time. They did lose a water bottle that was in an open top pouch on the bag. But it was cheap and I should have placed it securely inside the bag ahead of time. I definitely recommend Vertoe.
