Over all a great service, the idea and process was super super easy and extremely popular. However, the woman who was in charge of our specific storage spots was awfully weird, she took a conference call with her child’s teacher in the middle of escorting us. She also made a rather large group of us wait to pick up our luggage so she could pick up her uber eats which took about 20 minutes. We were also lead through the dock doors through the outside which was kind of a hassle. A great service overall, just an inconsiderate host.
