I booked a space for 2 luggages downtown and ludged them to the location as you don’t get the accurate location until you pay.
When we got there, the store was closed, they’re closed on Sundays. On the Vertoe website, they said the store was open 7 days. We checked google maps and found that they’re closed on Sundays and multiple other days. Disappointing.
They don’t even have a phone number to contact Vertoe on their website for customer service.
