We had great service and friendly staff at Cumberland Transit here in Nashville. Very convenient! However, they did not have the tamper proof seals for us to tag our luggage with. It didn’t seem to be a problem since they actually stored our bags in a back room not open to public access. They said Vertoe hasn’t sent them a new tag supply for a long time and that’s why they didn’t have anymore left for us. Perhaps this is a process breakdown that should be addressed?
