Website is deceptive, no locker was provided. The attendant informed us that the luggage would be sitting in the open storehouse of Robert’s liquor/market. The employees working there would have access to the luggage. I tried to call to get a refund and it was the employee at the market that picked up. It was not secure at all and I did not leave my luggage at the liquor store. Very dissatisfied and would not use your services again. I want a refund of the $29.10 charged, as I was forced to pre pay for this deceptive service. I went around the corner and rented an actual locker to secure my luggage with a competitor for the day. Do not use this service.fine print says you must pre pay and cannot receive a refund if cancelled on the same day.
