Vertoe themselves were great but the location for bag drop pff was not.
We booked and paid for it in advance, when we turned up the guy tried to tell us no sorry we’re closed for bag storage today!
He tried to turn us away, I had to argue with him that we had already booked and paid. Eventually he admitted he has received the booking on his system and took our bags.
This left us worried to have them in his care.
