When we arrived at the address they supplied in Warsaw, the business was not there. We found an alternative address online but needed to walk 30 minutes with luggage in cold weather which was stressful and inconvenient. On arrival the business had no knowledge of our booking and was super-sketchy with no security/tamper-proof locks. The only positive was that I complained to the business and they have agreed to refund me.
