Having a place to leave our luggage in SoHo allowed us to travel the area with ease. Although our luggage was safe, the customer service was minimal. Once our luggage was tagged, we were instructed to bring it to the back, of the store, There was not clearly designated area, either at the back of the store, or up the stairs in front of us. After waiting a few minutes, and trying to figure out what to do, we needed to again go to the front of the store to ask for additional assistance. Someone then came and helped us. The store was not busy at the time The website was having diffulty when I was trying to book a location, The rep on the chat was VERY helpful
