It was an easy drop/pick up experience, however, was a bit uncomfortable that the location didn't follow the rules that I was sent regarding putting on a tamper proof seal and showing ID. There was a different person there when we went to pick up than when we dropped off but still didnt ask for ID, which as unnerving as they could have potentially given our bags away to anyone. Overall think the service is an amazing idea but I would push your vendors to follow the guidelines provided to customers so they feel secure. Thanks!
