Service was great however there was no security protocols in place. We were not given a receipt, nor the security label that the site says we should get. We asked about a receipt and/or the label and we were told they don't do that anymore. On pickup they asked us "these two?" Anyone could have taken our bags!!!
I think the idea is great in theory but in action there is room for big problems!!!
