It was really great to find out such a service exists because I often arrive at a new city hours before I can check in to my accommodations, so in the past I'd have to lug my bags around everywhere. One major concern for the location I used was they did not check my ID or ask for my booking number when I went back to get my bags--I could have been anyone taking that luggage. I also found it disturbing that my bags were just left out on the floor of this sketchy convenience store and not at all secured or even out of site of their customers.
