A great concept however we didn’t receive an email as indicated, only a text confirmation which wasn’t satisfactory for the storage location. Beyond this first challenge, it was easy enough to drop off our luggage, placing numbered lock tags o our bags, provided by the storage location. Picking up luggage 2 hours later was a different story. The woman didnt remember us (family of 5 from Australia which we shared with her) and asked us to produce a photo of the number from the lock tags on our bags. We weren’t advised by her to do this at check in. She was not going to to give us our bags. We needed to be insistent to get them back for a waiting driver taking us to the airport. Now that we know how this system works, we hope for a better experience in other US cities.
