The drop off location was a convenience store. The luggage was placed out of the way in the back, but was not in a separate /secure room. It was placed behind a corner from the main store front. The store clerks were courteous and professional. Overall, I would probably use the service again but I would either have my valuables locked in my luggage, or take them out of the luggage and keep them on my person.
