The online booking service was easy to follow and the place I used to store my suitcase for 2.5 hours was close to Grand Central station in Manhatten. The only question I have regards pricing. The site promotes the price of 5.95$ and yet in my bank account I was debited 7.33 euros (which would be roughly 9$). Did I miss the paragraph about a first time joining fee? Maybe make that part clearer on your site, thanks.
