Still some kinks to iron out, but I would use the service again. Arrived at location 5 minutes after reservation time to find it wasn't yet open. Had to bang on the door awhile to get someone to let me in, and he knew nothing about luggage storage but directed me to someone else, who was courteous and helpful. Luggage return was simple.
