Overall, had a good experience. The location where I left my bags had friendly personnel, the only things I would change were the closing time (they requested I pick up my bags by 5:45pm when the listing said they were open until 6pm) and the actual storage location for my bags was right in the windowfront for the store, which I didn't think was the most secure location - I would have preferred they stored them out-of-sight.
