It's hard to trust a new service like this. Luckily for us it was just clothes in our bags so, if anything happened we weren't out too much.
I can tell it's extremely new because the owner didn't really know what to do, I had to ask him about the tag to lock the bags.
Then when we picked the bags up they didn't even check our tag pictures.
Still a great service for a few dollars and no need to carry our luggage around town until our flight.
