Easy to book and leave the lugguage but a bit strange way of working.
We had to take a picture of the Vertoe tag which was attached to the bag and further nothing at all. Easy, fast absolutely but not 100% reliable, with more bags of different people anyone can take a picture like this. As it is the first time I used Vertoe I don't know if this way of working is common sense or just the way of working in this particular drop point. Should be safer with some handover receipt as well according to me. The service as such is great.
