This is the first time I used this service, however, I was shocked to find that the place that I was offered to store my bags was a Mexican restaurant and when I asked them where will I put the bags, they said, "just leave them on the side of the room where people are eating, fwe are not responsible for anything valuable." there was no way I was going to leave my bags there so I called up Vetoe and asked them to move my booking to another place nearby and they did that and the second place was quite satisfactory, but this is just to let you know that sometimes you might have to double-check the place that they're offering because sometimes they're not exactly secure.
