the venue where I left the luggage was perfect (Beacon hill). Well located and very friendly staff. I felt very safe leaving my luggage with them for the day. I would highly recommend this particular location. My only issue with the whole process was the app itself, as I had initially booked a different location, but when I saw where it actually was and the reviews I wanted to cancel that particular booking. Unfortunately I did not EVER receive confirmation for this booking, thus no proof of a booking number, despite the money been taken from my account. I thus had to pay twice for the storage of my luggage..... :-(
