Worked super for us. The drop-off was at 357 7th Ave. NYC, near the Megabus busstop. The employees at the store weren't particularly friendly. We received tags to tag our luggage and it was safely stored. However we received no confirmation that we actually stored 5 suitcases at the store. We only received the booking confirmation with booking ID. After a some 4 hours we collected our luggage again and took the subway E to JFK. I can recommend Vertoe, would probably pick a different drop off location as I like friendly employees much better. Also it would have been nice to receive a confirmation that I had actually stored 5 suitcases at the location, incl. the tagnumbers of the tags.
