First time using this service. It was pretty simple. The only thing I didn’t care for was the location employee wanted me to just leave our bags in the corner of the store where customers shop and walk away. They were extremely busy and the person responsible for placing the bags in the secured storage area was out on deliveries for an undetermined amount of time. The employee said the bags were their responsibility now and nothing would happen. I waited for 15 minutes and she then said it was their liability if something happens. I’m more concerned that there were one of a kind items in the luggage that couldn’t be replaced if they were to go missing. I finally left the bags in the corner of the store. When I picked up the bags one of the ID tags was broken on my luggage. My lock was still in place though. Nothing was missing. I was told it broke when the tag was adjusted to verify the serial number during pick.
