Vertoe and its services got us out of a bad situation where we could not figure out what to do with our bags while walking in Manhattan. Downloaded and used it within a few minutes and found good nearby place to use. Had no issues even when going past the checkout time a little bit. The only reason I’m giving it 5 starts is the app: it was hard to figure out sometimes, won’t show the names of the stores until you make a reservation and even seeing the info on the reservation was cumbersome. Not a deal breaker but a possible improvement. Recommended!
