In general it was ok. We left the bags at a location and they were returned safely. However, the lady at 235 30th St Miami Beach, FL location does not know how to treat customers. She looked like I was talking in a squirrel language when I said I was there to drop off the bags through Vertoe. On top of that she said she did not have any Vertoe tags and she did not check my ID. So I was like “how do you know if someone takes my bags...”. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend using this location specifically. I am trying another location next time. Let’s see what happens.
