I just arrived from abroad and use this Vertoe suggested by Sonder. I rented and paid for three luggage at 140 Centre, NY in Chinatown while I was at the airport. It claimed that the hours are at 7 - 5 pm everyday. However, I found that it has been shut down and no sign of openning that day. The store was dark and locked. We tried to call the number provided at the front door, but no one pick it up.
This was a bad experience for me, so please refund my money since I never had this service delivered as promised.
